Welcome to New Media Design’s Startup Course platform. By accessing or using this website and its resources, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

This website is run by New Media Design. We're here to help you learn how to start and grow a business, with self-paced courses, downloadable tools, and optional coaching.

2. What You’re Getting

When you enrol in a course, you get year-long access to the course content, workbook, tools and any future updates to that course.

Some bonuses like coaching calls or community access may be time-limited or offered separately.

3. Payments, Refunds & Access

  • All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (with the exception of coaching which is listed in AUD due to Calendly limitations).

  • Payments are securely processed through a third-party platform (Stripe).

  • Because these are digital products, we generally don’t offer refunds — but if you’re really stuck or unhappy, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login info secure and not sharing access with others. One enrolment = one user.

4. What You Can and Can’t Do

✅ You can:

  • Use the resources for your own business

  • Download and print your workbook and templates

  • Ask questions and get support if you get stuck

🚫 You can’t:

  • Share, resell, or distribute any of the course materials

  • Rebrand the resources as your own

  • Use our content to train AI models (just in case you’re that way inclined)

5. Coaching & Advice Disclaimer

While this course is designed to help you build a business, it’s not personalised financial, legal, or tax advice. We’re sharing educational content and tools based on experience — but it’s up to you to decide what’s right for your situation.

Always speak to a qualified professional before making big decisions.

6. Tech Stuff

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t promise the website will be 100% glitch-free all the time. If you’re having issues, try clearing your cache, switching browsers, or getting in touch.

We may occasionally update the platform or remove outdated material — but we’ll always try to give you notice if something big changes.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect basic info like your name, email, and course progress so we can deliver your course. We’ll never sell your data. You can read the full Privacy Policy here (or link to it when you’ve got one).

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms now and then. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know. By continuing to use the site, you agree to the latest version.
